Skills and Competencies required:
- Yardi Implementation experience (preferably onsite) 5-6 years minimum out of which experience as Lead 2-3 years minimum; which includes client/product owner/ 3rd party interactions and issue resolution.
- Yardi module: Core, Commercial, Administration, Retail, Recoveries, International, Residential, International Residential, Procure to Pay, IM, FM, FA, ABF, Cafe Products, Elevate Products.
- Preferred Regions: US, UK, ME. ETL expertise in all applicable modules.
- Data Migration Expertise including data validation, reconciliation, resolution.
- Experience in all phases of implementation: Planning, Requirement Gathering, Designing, Testing, Delivery and Post Go Live Support.
- Experience in creation of documentation such as user guides, test scripts, process flows.
- Expertise in creation of custom report / functional specifications.
- Experience is managing team. Good communication, inter-personal skills.
- Ability to take up challenges, learn & work quickly. Should be Self-confident, Innovative approach and quick adaptability to changing processes and trends. Aligned on organization and self-goals.
