Skills Required

  • Knowledge Microsoft Virtual server’s administration
  • Good knowledge of ubuntu server administration
  • Good knowledge of antivirus system
  • Work closely with the team for backup of users and servers’ data
  • Understanding of the QMS process related to the IT infrastructure
  • Ensure the infrastructure team is mitigating, monitoring, and managing infrastructure-related risks
  • Work closely with the team members for time allocation and prioritization
  • Participate in severs migration and planning
  • Ensure smooth run of system Backup and DR function
  • Strong management and people development skills
  • Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 8+ years of relevant experience including managing teams responsible for IT infrastructure
  • Following up on all incidents according to our incident management process
  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware
  • Maintain and support users through a helpdesk service
  • Work closely with the team for new joinee and exit process

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing overall IT day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end-user satisfaction
  • Ensure system performance and SLAs are met
  • Implement IT continuous improvement programs
  • Participate in IT strategy planning activities
  • Ensure smooth run of system Backup and DR function
  • Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, and system administration
  • Asset management
  • Patch management
  • Strong management and people development skills
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Maintain update NOC processes and procedures
  • Maintain and review security policies to adhere to standards like SOC1, PCI, ISO27001
  • Make sure all systems are documented and documentation is up to date
  • Following up on all incidents according to our incident management process
  • Define and maintain SOP / SOW for the department.

Education & Training

  • • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred

Knowledge & Experience

  • CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification •
  • Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or equivalent certification
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional -CCNA/ CCNP (will be added advantage)
  • O365 (will be added advantage)
  • Azure administrator
  • AWS fundamental
