I am interested in the education of child.
I had always wanted to be involved in the education of Japan.

I got to know Charter schools in the United States in October, 2000.
I visited those charter school in the states in December, 2000.
A Charter school regulation allows parents and the region(地域) to establish(設立する) their own school by selves.
I visited six schools.
Three schools in California and three more school in Minnesota.
The most impressive(印象的な) visit was City Academy of Minnesota.
I understand that City Academy is the first charter school which was established in the states.

私は2000年12月にアメリカに視察に来ました。
私は6つの学校を訪問しました。カリフォルニアの3つの学校とミネソタのもう3学校。
最も印象的な訪問はミネソタの市のAcademyでした。私はCityAcademyがアメリカで設置された最初のチャータースクールであることを理解しています。

I have wife and two children.
This is my family.

My children are quite creative and full of energy.
They love playing with stuffed animal.
They have many stuffed penguins.
He loves a penguin.
They are playing the piano.
They are practicing the piano. (They practive the piano once a week.)
They take a piano lesson once a week.

My son loves drawing and making things.
He made a maze using a tissue box, pencils and magnets.

My daughter is cute and clever.
She is a thinker. She thinks before she acts.

My wife is beautiful and clever.
She helps me all the time.

My birthday is same as the former emperor, hirohito. It's April 29.
My wife's birthday is same as the current emperor. It's December 23.
My daughter was born March 3rd, which is Japanese Doll's Festival.
